As he now moves internally to another role within Fellowmind, we are looking for someone to take on the role of developer in our BC team in Malmö.   

In this multifaceted developer role, you will work broadly to help our clients improve and develop their business processes in Business Central. You will do this through integrations between different systems, functional adaptations, or by building custom solutions both in implementation projects and in ongoing customer development. 

You will be involved early in customer dialogues, participate in customer meetings, and contribute your expertise during the analysis phase and throughout the project's lifecycle together with other colleagues. Copilot and AI support are used where they actually create value, for example for documentation, test cases, or to find improvements in existing code more quickly. 

• AL + Visual Studio Code, Git, Azure DevOps 

• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) 

• Azure services for integration (Functions, Logic Apps) 

• PowerShell and scripting as needed 

The major challenge in this role is not always the coding itself, but rather translating customer needs into real solutions. This is also where the fun lies; effectively seeing how your work contributes to concrete value in our clients' operations, which can mean everything from reducing the number of clicks for their finance department to optimizing logistics flows.

We believe you have at least one year of experience in Business Central development, feel at home in AL, and are curious to explore more technologies around BC, such as Power Automate or simpler Power Apps. You enjoy understanding the big picture and can translate needs into solutions — sometimes technically detailed, sometimes more business-oriented. Educationally, we believe you have a post-secondary education in programming from a university/college or vocational school. 

As a person, you appreciate collaboration but are also confident in taking responsibility and prioritizing when needed. You express yourself well in both Swedish and English and enjoy dialogues with both colleagues and clients.
